Gakked from mmerriam, because it looked like fun! (A note: I have no experience with the steampunk circle. I am just now reading Jay Lake's Mainspring enjoying it immensely, but it's most likely tempered my answers with it as my only example. Because I wouldn't qualify myself as "adventurous" under any sense of the word. But reading is all about imagination, eh? So I guess my imagination is adventurous!)
