Scrivener for Windows
Nov. 9th, 2011 09:21 pmI've read many testimonials about the value of Scrivener for writing. It's supposed to be great for organizing a large writing project, and I'm sure it holds true for even short stories. But until now, it's only been available for Mac. Yes, that's right. Until now. Because, at long last, Scrivener 1.0 is now available for Microsoft Windows.
A Scrivener for Windows licence costs a mere $40. There's also a 30-day free trial available. The trial runs for 30 days of actual use, not calendar days, so were you only to use it twice a week, it would in effect last for fifteen weeks. There are no hoops to jump through to get the trial, either - you can just click on the download link, install it and start using it.
But don't take my word for it, go to the Scrivener website and read about all the great features: Scrivener Features
And here's the link to the Scrivener download. How can you lose? 30 days to try it out, and then only $40! Whee!
